Delivery information-

 Its not as dull as it sounds and it saves confusion to understand how we send your items.

When you place your Order, we will as soon as we are able begin to process the order. 

Generally Orders are processed Mon-Fri. 

We aim to never knowingly have items for sale on our Website that are not in-stock ready to ship. 

We have a small team of staff and will process orders as quickly as we can and most items will be sent the same day the order is processed or the next day. If you desperately need that item for the weekend please don't place the order at Ten to midnight on Thursday, as with the best will in the world your item may not arrive in team for your weekend game. In short we aim to have orders with you in 24-72 hours. We will notify you by email/phone as soon as practicable to if there is an issue with your order. Our Standard shipping cost starts at £4.25.

We DO NOT OFFER SATURDAY DELIVERIES apart from exceptional circumstances as its very expensive. If you absolutely need a Saturday you MUST contact us by Phone to arrange this. This cannot be facilitated on our Website.

We are not a courier company and we cant be held accountable for the actions of 3rd party delivery companies  but we do our best to always use traceable services so that you know your order is in safe hands when it leaves us.

Please help us by Ensuring that when you order, you make sure your Postcode and House Number are correct, you might be surprised to hear how many people put the wrong house number on their order. Also please don't ask us to leave behind the cat, or in the bin or other places as our quite rightly our couriers may refuse to do so.   

If you are buying a RIF please make sure you fill in the details of you Defence in the space provided. Failure to do so WILL result in a delay in processing your order.
