Products and Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate for UK Retail Customers.
We reserve the right to update product prices or descriptions without notice.
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders.

Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms.
We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Klarna, 
All payments must be cleared before your order is dispatched.
Delivery
Orders must be placed before 1pm for same day processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
 Unless specifically stated otherwise, all delivery times quoted only include working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) If we cannot fulfil or deliver your order within these times or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible. We will also give you an expected delivery date and allow you to cancel your order if you wish.
 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
 Any free shipping offers, if available, apply only to Mainland GB addresses unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations and Returns
 Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013):
•    You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel your purchase and request a refund.
•    To cancel, please contact us at sales1@ammodrop.co.uk or call us on 01949728628 and provide your order details. We will then send you details of our returns form.
•    Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including any packaging and with any tags attached.
 Returns and Refunds:
•    Faulty or damaged items can be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
•    Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, there are certain circumstances where your right to cancel an order does not apply. These include:
•    Items that have been customised or specially made for you for example a custom build or a two toned product.
•    Goods that have been modified after receipt, whether by you or a third party.
•    Items that have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect them, as you would reasonably do in a store before purchase.
 We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policies.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.
