The Firehawk HC05 from G&G Armament is one of the most aggressive CQB platforms within the Combat Machine lineup. Designed to prioritise compact handling and extremely high firing speed, the Firehawk HC05 delivers a distinctive performance profile that makes it particularly effective in tight indoor environments.
The rifle features an ultra-short configuration built around a reinforced polymer receiver, helping reduce overall weight while maintaining durability during fast-paced skirmish use. Its compact design allows players to manoeuvre easily around corners and confined spaces, making it ideal for close-quarters gameplay.
One of the most recognisable features of the Firehawk platform is the integrated sound amplifier muzzle device. Rather than suppressing the firing sound, this amplifier projects the report forward, producing a loud and aggressive firing signature that adds to the rifle’s distinctive character during gameplay.
Internally, the Firehawk HC05 uses a high-cycle drivetrain configuration built around a dual sector gear system, allowing the rifle to achieve extremely high rates of fire. This configuration enables the platform to reach firing speeds approaching 29 rounds per second, delivering rapid target engagement capability in CQB scenarios.
The drivetrain is supported by ceramic-reinforced 8 mm bushings, which help stabilise the gearbox during high-speed operation. Power is supplied by G&G’s original long-axis motor rated at approximately 18,000 RPM, providing consistent electrical performance while maintaining durability.
The rifle uses a 120 mm precision inner barrel paired with an adjustable hop-up chamber, maintaining stable BB trajectory despite the extremely compact barrel length. The muzzle retains a 14 mm CCW thread beneath the amplifier device, allowing the user to change the muzzle accessory if desired.
At the rear of the rifle, a six-position GOS-V2 crane stock allows players to adjust the length of pull to suit different shooting styles while also housing the battery wiring system.
Supplied with a 300-round high-capacity magazine, the Firehawk HC05 provides sustained firing capability out of the box. Combining an ultra-compact platform with a high-cycle drivetrain and aggressive sound amplifier design, the Firehawk HC05 remains one of G&G’s most distinctive CQB-focused AEGs.
